Information gathered for my blog comes from both my own thoughts, and research and from websites. I site all posts with where I got the information from. If I do use information from sites like Dr.Phil, Rachael Ray and Dr.Oz etc, it is because I was inspired by what I read, liked the recipes and use the information for my daily living and want to share it with you, my reader.
